1.3 The user certifies that he or she is of legal age and has the legal capacity required to fulfill this agreement, and that the platform is used in accordance with these general terms and conditions which he or she has fully understood and confirmed. The user certifies that all information he or she provides to access the platform, before and during use, is true, complete and correct, and agrees that this information will be kept up to date.
1.4 This platform is solely and exclusively intended for the user's personal use. It may not be altered, reproduced, duplicated, copied, distributed, sold, resold or exploited in any way for commercial or other similar purposes.
1.5 The user agrees not to use this platform for illegal or improper purposes. In particular, the user agrees that the services purchased through this platform are intended for use and consumption by the user himself or by persons in whose name the user has the legal authority to act. The user may not resell services purchased through this platform to third parties. SBCAB reserves the right to refuse access to the platform at any time without prior notice.
2.1 A purchase on this platform means that you place an order for SBCAB to book one or more passport appointments from bokapass.nemoq.se for you, which entails a payment obligation which SBCAB must confirm. When you purchase a booking service via this platform, you enter into an agreement with SBCAB regarding the provision of intermediary services. Unless otherwise expressly stated, SBCAB acts as an open agent for you and does not enter into a contractual relationship with you and / or bokapass.nemoq.se with regard to the services you purchase on this platform. Any question or advice regarding services purchased on this platform must be directed to bokapass.nemoq.se who provided the service.
2.2 The term “service provider” includes, where applicable, the platform bokapass.nemoq.se, or another official provider that provides booking of passport appointments via Polisen.se.
2.3 SBCAB assists you in booking appointment times and acts as an intermediary on your behalf with a service provider. Your purchase of the booking service is covered by the respective service provider's terms. We recommend that you contact the service provider in question and review their terms.
2.4 By using this platform to book passports, you authorize SBCAB to act as an agent for you during the booking process with the corresponding service provider. For these intermediary services, you will be charged a booking fee by SBCAB. The amount of the fee depends on the type and value of the purchased booking services. SBCAB always provides you with all the necessary information and the total amount for your purchase before you are bound by any agreement and / or any payment obligation.
2.5 Notwithstanding the above, we would like to draw your attention to the fact that our platform also provides external links to third party websites or micro websites. In each case, you leave our platform when you click on one of these third party websites, and thus it is not these general terms and conditions that apply anymore, but the third party's as applicable. If you purchase a product or service from any of these third party websites, SBCAB is not your agent.
2.6 The total amount of your order with the applicable division is displayed when the booking, booking services is completed, before you complete the booking by clicking on "BUY". When you place an order, the price of the booking service is determined at the same time as the purchase is approved. This price is also applied in the event of any change or cancellation of the booking services included in your order.
2.7 When you have completed your purchase by clicking on "BUY", you will receive a confirmation email from us. It contains a summary of all information about the purchased services as well as a confirmation that your order has been registered in your service provider's system and that your payment will be processed. You will receive another email confirming that your purchase of the booking service has been processed and completed. The message contains relevant confirmation information such as booking number and e-mail. In the event that your purchase or parts of it cannot be carried out for any reason beyond SBCAB's control, we will contact you immediately to discuss possible measures to solve the problem that may have caused the delayed processing of your purchase.
2.8 SBCAB reserves the right to cancel your order if we have reasonable grounds to believe that it is fraudulent, e.g. if payment of the booking has not been made according to instructions in the confirmation email, is not valid and / or if you are not the legal holder of the payment method in question. In such circumstances, we try to contact you at the e-mail address you provided during the booking. If we do not get in touch with you, your order will be canceled automatically.
2.9 The confirmation email is the proof of your contractual relationship with SBCAB and the service provider. This document is entered in SBCAB's register and you have access to it at any time on request.
3.1 Cancellations and changes
3.1.1 The ability to cancel or change a booking service purchased through this platform, as well as the procedure for changing or canceling, depends on the terms and conditions of your service provider. SBCAB can help you find out if it is possible to change or cancel the passport appointment, and if you want, SBCAB can help you with your request to the service provider. If you want to order a cancellation via SBCAB, you must email our customer center at email@example.com.
3.2 Prices and payment terms
3.2.1 The total amount for your order with a corresponding division is displayed on this platform when you have selected the booking services you want to order, which is before you are bound by any agreement and / or undertake any payment obligation. That total includes prices for all selected booking services, including optional services, as well as SBCAB's booking fees.
3.2.2 SBCAB's booking fees vary depending on which products or services are included in your order. You will not receive any of the ordered services until full payment has been received by us. If any questions arise regarding your payment, we will contact you within twenty-four (24) with instructions on how to execute your payment.
3.2.3 You can only use the payment methods specified on the platform. No other payment methods are accepted.
3.2.4 VAT (including foreign ones, if applicable) is included in all prices stated on our platform.
3.3.1 If you are entitled to a refund, this will be processed using the same payment method used when paying for the order.
3.3.2 If you have booked a passport appointment that is not used, you can not request a refund of the booking fee. Please note that the request for a refund of the booking fee must be made within 12 months from the date of purchase of the booking, or 6 months from the date of booking if this occurs later.
4.1 In accordance with the European Directive 95/46 / EC and related regulations, we would like to inform you that your personal data will be entered in automated files belonging to SBCAB. The information will be processed in order to process your order and payment and to send advertising, promotions and other commercial recommendations to you about similar or related products or services related to your order. The data can also be used for customer surveys, statistics and analysis of market trends.
4.2 Please note that you can exercise your right to access, request correction or interruption of and object to the processing of your personal data by sending a written request to SBCAB.

Thus, SBCAB is not responsible for the service providers' actions, mistakes, omissions, commitments, guarantees, violations or negligence.
